In addition to the CJCA Red & Black teams the CJCA will be represented by 5 additional teams in the new South Island Shield Tournament which will be held at the same time as the traditional South Island.
Three Year 8, one blended team and a Year 7 teams will test themselves over 5 days in games to be held in Rolleston, Lincoln and Tai Tapu. Other teams in the event are from hosts Canterbury Country, Dunedin, West Coast, Otago Country and Nelson.
The CJCA thanks all the Coaches and Managers associated with these teams and wish the teams the best of luck for the event which starts on the 4th of January.
